How to enrol

Pre-Enrolment Information

 

1. Applicant fills out the international student application form

 

Applicants are required to carefully check the OAK LEAF website for the course and admissions information, and then fill out the international student application form with genuine information.

 

2.  Supporting documents preparation

  • Copy of passport
  • Academic records
  • English language test results
  • Placement Test
  • International student application form
  • Other supporting documents:
    • Visa grant letter
    • OSHC
    • Others

How To Enrol

 

1 . Application submission

  • Applicants could submit their application directly to the OAK LEAF Admissions Office or through our authorised education agency.
  • Please ensure the international student application form is fully completed and signed, and all supporting documents are enclosed.

2 . Application outcome

  • If an applicant is eligible for the chosen course, our Admissions Office will issue and send the course offer letter to them or their authorised education agency through email.
  • If a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) is required for the Student Visa application, our Admissions Office will issue CoE once receiving the signed acceptance agreement and initial payment.

3 . Visa application

  • Once students receive CoE(s), they can submit visa application through DHA website or their authorised education agency.
