Prepares students for kitchen leadership roles with advanced cookery, planning, and food safety skills. Graduates can work as chefs or manage kitchens in hospitality venues.

Our General English (GE) course develops essential English skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Designed for all levels, it’s delivered on-campus with flexible weekly entry and tailored learning support.

Offers dynamic hands-on cooking classes for adults, families, kids, and teens, led by chefs from around the world. Programs build culinary skills, foster creativity, and provide engaging experiences through diverse menus and seasonal school holiday workshops.
